Home Watch & Maintenance:

Weekly Home Check: $200 per Month or $50 per week

Interior  Walkthrough: Unlock/lock all entry points properly; check ceilings,  walls, and windows for water stains; inspect floors for moisture or  damage; confirm no unusual odors (mold, gas, etc.).

Water/Plumbing  & Appliances Check: Run faucets; check under sinks for leaks; flush toilets and confirm no running toilets (clean as needed); ensure all  ridge/freezer units are not leaking.

HVAC / Furnace: Confirm thermostat is set properly (battery is good) and      adjust as needed for arrival/departure; inspect float switch; ensure unit      is not backed up.

Pool  & Lanai (if applicable): Check water level; inspect pool      cage/screens for damage or rodent intrusion.

Pest  Control Signs: Look for insects inside/outside; check for droppings or      nests; note any need for pest service.

Mail  & Absence Indicators: PO Box mail retrieval; retrieve   mail/packages (as needed); remove flyers/newspapers from doors/entry; garbage can set out and retrieval as needed.

Electrical  Check & Other: Check breakers (reset if needed);  water plants.

 

À La Carte Options:

• Storm   Preparation & Post-Storm Check: Shutter install and take down      (separate fee); move lanai furniture, secure outdoor items, and sandbags      as needed.
• Home    Refresh: Prepare for return — grocery & supply restocking before      arrival.
• Vendor      Oversight & Reporting: Meet contractors & stay while work is      completed; send follow-up pictures or FaceTime of completed service.
• Holiday      Décor Setup: Seasonal decorating, tree setup, lanai décor, assist with      getting totes/bins taken down and put up (pricing upon project).
• Lanai      Refresh: Wipe furniture, tidy cushions, check screens, pull/spray      weeds 
• Plant      & Outdoor Care: Indoor/outdoor watering, fertilizing,      pruning/weeding; outdoor watering for plants, lawn, and trees.

Thoughtful organization that transforms everyday living:

• Closets:     Transform crowded or chaotic closets into clean, functional spaces. Sort,      declutter, and organize clothing, shoes, accessories, and storage items.
• Pantry      Refresh: Categorize items, remove expired goods, create intuitive      zones, and style the space for both beauty and practicality.
• Garage:     Help declutter tools, outdoor gear, seasonal décor, storage bins, and      miscellaneous items into a tidy, accessible space.
• Seasonal      Storage Rotation: Retrieve, pack away, and organize holiday items,      outdoor décor, and seasonal belongings for smooth transitions year-round.

Lifestyle & Event Services: 

• Event      Services: Tailored for small to medium-sized events (both personal and      professional). Includes vendor contracting, coordination, day-of service,      catering, entertainment, transportation, décor, and event      setup/tablescapes.
• Package      Return Service: Handle UPS/USPS/FedEx returns.
• Errand      Running: Pharmacy, dry cleaning, store pickups.
• Personal      Shopping: Gifts, home items, seasonal décor, etc.
• Concierge      Gift Delivery: Flowers, wine, welcome baskets, welcome amenity for guests.

Pet Care Services:

Drop-In Visit

Feed, walk & play time (30 minutes) / $35 per visit

In-Home Pet Sitting

Overnight stay with your pet; includes home watch   (watering plants, mail retrieval, etc.) / $100 per day

Dog Bath & Brush

Bathing and grooming  / $50 per hour

Pet Transfer

Vet appointments, groomer visits, or drop-off/pick-up at   daycare / $40 per trip

Companion Care (Non-Medical):

Our Companion Care services provide non-medical support designed to help clients stay independent. Whether it’s getting to appointments, enjoying a meal out, or simply having company at home, we bring comfort, reliability, and genuine human connection.

Long-Term Care Insurance Note: Many clients don’t realize that non-medical companion care services are often covered under their Long-Term Care (LTC) insurance policies. Joyful Concierge proudly partners with families to help them use the benefits they already have — without confusion or overwhelm. If you have an LTC insurance policy, Joyful Concierge can bill under your plan for eligible services.

• Appointments & Outings: Safe, reliable accompaniment to medical appointments,      personal appointments, lunch or dinner outings. We ensure clients feel      supported, never rushed, and always cared for door-to-door.
• Errands:     Assistance with everyday needs such as grocery shopping, pharmacy runs,      and personal shopping. Perfect for clients who prefer help navigating      errands or avoiding busy stores.
• Light Housekeeping: Gentle home upkeep to keep daily life running smoothly      (dishes, tidying, laundry, sweeping).
• Meal Prep: Simple, nourishing meal prep tailored to preferences, including      planning, light cooking, and kitchen cleanup.
• Companion Visits: Warm, friendly in-home visits (playing cards, board games,      conversation, light activities) to bring joy and connection.

Rental Property Management:

• Stage      Home: Create a welcoming, photo-ready environment that highlights your      property’s best features (furniture placement, décor styling, thoughtful      guest touches).
• Listing      Photos: Capture bright, high-quality interior and exterior photos      edited and optimized for online listings.
• Cleaning      Services: Schedule and oversee trusted cleaning professionals between      guest stays, ensuring the home is refreshed and sanitized with quality      checks.
• Turnover      Walkthrough: Full post-departure inspection to confirm the home is      clean, damage-free, and ready for the next guest (checking linens,      surfaces, and appliances).
• Inventory      Restocking: Monitor and replenish essential household items such as      paper goods, toiletries, kitchen basics, and guest amenities.
• Smart      Lock / Key Exchange Coordination: Manage secure access for guests,      cleaners, and vendors, including smart lock setup, code updates, and key      handoffs.
